All of our tests requiring a specimen are done from either a urine sample or blood sample. The blood sample is taken from the end of your finger, the process is very quick and pain free.

Below are details of the tests included in the Full Screen, the Young Adult Screen and tests available on their own.

- Total cholesterol with a break down to HDL and LDL (Good and Bad Cholesterol).
- Full blood lipid profile.
- Calculated cardiac disease risk assessment. You can then look at ways to reduce this risk with things within your control and understand risk factors that are outside of your control.
- Helicobacter Pylori (A bacteria strongly linked to the development of duodenal and gastric ulcers and stomach cancer, 80% of individuals affected by this show no symptoms).
- Haemoglobin (Anaemia screening).
- Fasting blood glucose (Current or potential diabetes screening).
- Body composition analysis of total body weight, body fat, lean tissue and hydration levels with measurements of your current statistics and a personal target minimum and maximum for each part.
- Basal metabolic rate, metabolic age and daily calorie requirements.
- Hip to waist ratio with fat deposition analysis.
- Blood Pressure.
- Lung function (Measure of vital lung capacity, volume of air expirated in the first second and maximum speed of exhaled air, results are compared against predicted values so abnormal lung function can be identified).
- Liver function.
- Kidney health.
- Bladder and urinary tract infection screen.
- Instant test results.
- Personal report discussed at the end of the appointment with a full explanation of tests and results

- Lipid profile - Total cholesterol with a break down to HDL (Good Cholesterol) and LDL (Bad Cholesterol) and Triglycerides, this test requires you to fast.
